My name is Elizabeth Kast. My BA in Psychology program has enhanced my performance in psychology allowing me to promote positive behavior and psychological well-being. Regarding my professional mindset, I learned humility and wisdom, and how to embrace challenges with confidence and positive relationships. I am now able to promote growth, independence, flexibility, and awareness and allow myself to thrive in an ever-changing world. 

My BS in Criminal Justice program has allowed many of the same things. It has given me a chance to understand the justice system, and the corrections system and understand the thought process behind many decisions officers may make. It has taught me how to communicate effectively with not just other criminal justice students, but everyone.
